Hi Barb, and thank you for your thoughts. You and I have actually exchanged some e-mails about this kilt; I neglected to mention in this thread that it is a box-pleated Lamont tartan. My daughter neither pipes or dances (at least not yet) so this will be something that she will wear casually either to church or when we are out to kilted events. Does this add more grist to the mill?
