Any idea who this gent is and whether he's a native born Scot.

As a side note, it's really nice to hear the strathspey on the fiddles at the end of the video. Takes me home...

Very nice flavor of Scotland at those games. I've never been to that one, but to the Taynuilt games just a few miles to the east in July 2008.

I wonder how many 'repaired' to the Chili and Nachos tent after the opening ceremonies.
