    The Edinburgh Wedding Video Highlights

Not sure where to post this. As we approach their First Anniversary (15 June) I thought I'd post the highlights video from my Daughter Lorna's and Neil's Wedding. Lots of mixed Highland attire on show from Traditional to Modern takes and folks who've worn the kilt all their lives and own their rig - to folks who relied on the advice of the rental shops. To say the least, it is an eclectic and interesting group.

Their first baby (first Grandchild) is due on 2 July! Thankfully, the videographer won't be present that day.

    Enjoy!

    John,

Such a fantastic video! Extremely well done, and quite moving. Thank you for sharing this, my friend. What a glorious day indeed, and I'm quite sure you were (and obviously still are) a very, very proud father that day. Such a beautiful location and ceremony. A heartfelt congratulations to Lorna and Neil on their first wedding anniversary, as well as them expecting their first wee bairn!

P.S. - My wife Stephanie, who is an avid admirer of butterflies, will absoutely adore the wedding cake when I show her this video later this evening!

Best wishes and thank you again,

What a great video; thanks for sharing! I'm very happy to hear that all has gone well for the first year and that they are soon to be blessed with a baby. I wish them all the happiness they can handle for the rest of their days.

Just lovely. Thanks so much for sharing. I love the dance at the end although I'm not sure if someone was cutting onions in here or if I just got something caught in my eye...

What a marvellous occasion and you've got wonderful photos and a video to cherish the memory.

Absolutely a wonderful video, did bring a tear to my eye as I gave my daughter away the same day last year. Best wishes and a long and happy marriage to them.

I watched this video three times! Each time I become very emotional. Absolutely superb. I wish the young couple all the luck and love of the world with the baby. And to the author of this tread: you will be a very lucky granddad! Congratulations in advance to the whole family.

I did as well! Quite moving indeed. I'm so very happy for Lorna and Neil and their families. It is a rare and wonderful thing to be in the presence of two people that truly love oneanother with unquestionable devotion and selflessness.

    Best wishes,

Wow! Thanks for sharing that! EVERYTHING about that was absolutely beautiful!

I don't know what I'm going to do when my daughter gets married - I can't even keep it together watching your daughter!!! ;-)

Can I trouble you for a question? Two things I'm not familiar with at weddings - the books, and the little bucket they were drinking out of? Are those traditional in Scotland?
