    Double-Buckle belt.

Once I saw Tobus' belt here... http://www.xmarksthescot.com/forum/s...963#post882963 ... I knew that's what I wanted for casual wear. Not being a leather worker, the game was afoot.

I finally found it here... http://www.holyheckusa.com/

Double-buckle kilt belt with double bird head diamond Celtic knot design stamped the length of the belt. Holly didn't have exactly what I wanted on her Etsy store so I messaged her and asked if she could do one in a darker (chocolate) brown with black inlay and edge finish. She promptly replied that she could and messaged me a private custom order - no extra charge. Ordered it I did, Monday 6/2. Holly said it would ship on Saturday. It did, and arrived yesterday.

The craftsmanship is top drawer. Being 2 1/2" wide I was afraid it would as stiff/heavy as a weightlifting belt. It's not. The leather is 8 or 9 oz. (I'm guessing) and very supple.

Excellent customer service, product and price.

Very cool! I do like the colour of it. Dark brown dye with antiquing to darken the tooling can really make for a nice rustic look. Especially with brass hardware.

That really is a piece of art. I'd love to see photos of it in action.
