Doobie Brother John Mcfee in a kilt!

One of our customers is an extremely nice guy who, during the course of conversation when asked what he did for a living, told me he is musician. When I asked him what band he played in, he told me The Doobie Brothers. My jaw hit the floor.

John was nice enough to invite Kelly and I and our parents to their show in Philadelphia. Since I told him I was wearing a kilt to the show, he told me he'd wear his on stage. I only half thought he'd actually do it, but he did and he looked great and "natural" strutting around stage with his guitar in his kilt. He is GENUINELY a very nice individual and a kind human being.

Pic or it didn't happen, right? See attached.

Also, here's a short clip of the song "Jesus is Just Alright" with John wearing his kilt on stage.

Sure, he's kilted on stage -- but will he be takin' it to the streets?

    ;o)

    Cool story and pix!

    I'll play...

They're playing a grove in China where I think he'd wear it.

    Next? ;-)

As long as you were there to listen to the music... This could go on for a while.

    Awfully truesome!
I changed my signature. The old one was too ridiculous.
