Great pics. I haven't seen the Kelpies yet but no doubt I will catch a glimpse of them from the motorway while travelling to Bannockburn this weekend.
As you travel to the north end of Grangemouth keep one eye ( I think you are driving) on the tree line on the left hand side of the road. Its quite a sight as the Kelpies "rear" into view.Might see you on Saturday.
Its tow horses. In the "old days", horses were used to tow the barges along the canals
But I thought that was along the Volga River in Russia. In vector calculus we used to do line integrals to compute the total amount of work done by the horses. No wonder I flunked history! (ie just horsing around you might say - curse of the Kelpies.)
