Hiking Pics

I thought I would finally post some pics. These pics are from a trip we took down to Guilford, CT this past Saturday. The Southern Terminus for the New England Trail was just completed. It ends with a boardwalk out on the coast there. So, before our nearby hike we decided to go check that out.

The Osprey, if you look closely you can see two tiny baby Osprey heads sticking out of the nest:

It was a lovely place and perfect weather.

This is a new trail to me. I know about the Metacomet-Monadnock Trail, and am hoping to hike it this year or next, but I'll have to keep the New England Trail on my radar.
