Bill, I think I saw your back from a bit of a distance. We were close, my friend. Events like this are where we miss our friend Robert Pel's tent. It seems to have been an important hang-out / meeting place.

JohntheBiker, you are correct. I dropped into the RKilts shop in late April/early May and had a nice visit with Robert. He commented that the preponderence of Pakistani-made off the rack kilts made it hard for him to compete at the games; and this year he has enough orders that he can keep himself busy without hauling himself all over Ontario.
Robert is a personable and outgoing sort of fellow and so I'm sure his presence is missed at many of those games.
