??? Does any one have any Kilt scraps ????

I found a place in the uk now 1.25" 3 straps and buckles £8 delivered . so I just need to get some material to put threw the buckle to attach to the kilt im away. Ill use some black stuff from some old breeks if I have to but I asked if they had anything they could send and any scrap to make some flashes with red or black as they say they make kilts .

Buckles like these are a little nicer than the ones that come standard on kilt sets:

The tongues are thicker that the common kilt buckle, so the holes in the straps will need to be enlarged.

ETA: I'd avoid L&M Highland like the plague. I recently attempted to place a small order with them and they wanted over $80 in shipping, with the option of paying over $300 for the fastest shipping. They don't let you know this ahead of time. You have to go through all BS of setting up an account before you can actually finalize an order and see what you're being charged. L&M Highland will never see a dime of my money, and I strongly advise others to avoid doing business with them.

Beginning Boy, L&M is a very reputable company. I believe the problem has to do with steep international shipping between the U.S. and Canada. Sorry you feel that way, friend.

Our pipe band acquired the entire set of kilts from another band, and the straps/buckles showed a bit of variety, being of two different widths, and some buckles being nice heavy cast ones and some being cheap stamped ones.

I've been going through the kilts trying to standardize things.
