I'm sure. I'm 5'11, and I checked my lenth. I need 21" with the 2" rise for a total of 23". The length of the kilt is 24" with a 2 1'2" rise. The original length is too long, even without the rise factored in. :o

Jimmy - I checked with Burnett and Struth's and they said that they could hem the kilt to the right length. Is this a good idea, or is this going to mess the swing of the kilt all up? Will the sewing down of the pleats be too low, since the kilt is longer than what I need? I don't want the sewed onto the hips pleat line to extend down past my butt.
