Thanks, both of you.
The hills are my passion and I realise how very lucky I am to be able to indulge in them so easily. They give me physical exercise, good friends, room to breathe and think, and the opportunity and ability to completely remove myself from the travails of everyday life.
...Oh, and a good excuse for strapping on a kilt

Very well said! The reasons for your passion are precisely why my family and I have always gone to the mountains and wild places in general.

Calgacus, I love your hill walking shots. Reminds me of my own home mountains here in Washington state. I used to spend a lot of time there, and I am getting inspired to get back on the trail, this time kilted!
