There were two Welsh scarfs that travelled the world, Scarf 1, completed one mission and went "Missing" on mission 2, so a reserve was sent out to finish the mission. It was Dereks wonderful idea and the pictures from around the world just made it a wee tad smaller. I had the honour of starting the process, pictured here with Ben Nevis in the background.

Well, it's sort of an action picture. I had just shortly before gone to the effort of giving away the bride! Picture taken by the beach near Kona, Hawaii. And yes, it is just a tad informal. Even the groom wore flipflops.Click image for larger version.

    I'm enjoying this.

I replaced the earlier post that was here, 'cause I was grumpy that day.

Fencing using a McCulloch blade (chain saw)

I couldn't resist the pun. Hope these photos don't get me reported to OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration.) I am lacking a few recommended safety equipment accessories. My brother-in-law John Dollarhide and I did get 260 feet of cedar split-rail fence placed today. Footnote: wool can get hot in the Mississippi August sun.Click image for larger version.

Good on you, Tarheel. I see that you're wearing a tartan utility kilt (i.e., with pockets). Where did you get it?

Good photos Rick Y. Thank your lucky stars that this happy event occurred before the strong winds of the two hurricanes hit the island required heavier kilt pins and brooches. Question? Do the straps of "flip-flops" count as brogue laces?
