    Scotland's Stone Age Ruins - National Geographic Article

    The latest National Geographic magazine has a short, but excellent, article about the stone age ruins on the Orkney Islands. Very interesting read and a good gateway into further research.

    Fascinating article and subject. Thanks for the pointer. As you likely know, the first episode of Simon Schama's "A History of Britain" portrays Skara Brae and its structures. The ruins of the village are captivating and mysterious.
    I changed my signature. The old one was too ridiculous.
