Macpherson Clan Museum August 2014

Hi Guys,

last week I had the occasion to go to Newtonmore in Badenoch where the Clan Macpherson Museum is located. Being in Scotland I had the strong wish to visit this extraordinary place.
I was welcomed very warmly and greeted as a cousin by the guy who was "on duty". We were explained everything and I was deeply impressed by the rich and changeful history of the clan to which I proudly belong.
I learned a lot about the clan and it's special self-concept which is very open, welcoming and tolerant. An example for society.
