Thunder Bay. That brings back memories.
Very bad ones unfortunately.
I once ordered goods from a highland wear company therein and the experience was absolutely horrendous.
I could not believe just how bad it was until some months later when on various forums, including a well known bagpiping related forum, other people complained as well.
The owner made a big play about dealing with the Canadian military and he himself being a reservist, which is why I trusted him the first place. Big mistake as he turned out to be nothing more than a liar and a rogue.
