    I believe that you are correct in saying that they experimented with the idea and decided that it wasn't the best route for them to go. Shame. I'd have liked a box pleat from Rocky as he's one of my absolute favourite kiltmakers!

    The tartan you have, Johnnieboots, is the Scott Red Modern. It was one of 4 or 5 Box pleated kilts that we've made. CAN we make them? Yes. Do we LIKE making them? No (we're not fond of the 2" pleats and ironing them is very time consuming). That's why we don't have them on our site.
