    Thanks, Griz!

    ===========================

    When I started this thread, the discussion was to be about THE TARTAN. The unspoken agreement with the mods was that we'd talk about the tartan and nothing else. I took it one step further, which in fact I probably should not have done, and mentioned weavers. That's my fault.

    Now people are talking about what weight of cloth and whether it will be bought, and by whom. PLEASE STOP. No more discussion of this item, and particularly about cloth, buying it, or anything else, can happen on XMTS, because of Rule #10.. The tartan is designed. It will be woven. That's it.

    This thread is OVER.

    If anybody wants more information going forward, you're welcome to PM me, and I'm sure that McMurdo and Barb would also welcome inquiries by PM. Be on the lookout, 'round February/March for pictures of finished items to show up in the "Show us your pictures" forum.

    That information is contained within this thread.

    HOWEVER:

    1. You do not have to have a Facebook account to read the contents of the group on Facebook. The group name is "Scottish Wildcat Tartan". If you read this thread you'll find a URL - link to the Facebook group so that you can read it.

    One more time: You do not have to have a Facebook account to read the contents of the group on Facebook.

    Here's the URL again, for your convenience.

    2. I, McMurdo and Barb have all indicated in this thread that we are open to receiving PM's about the project through XMTS.

    I've tried every which way to see the Facebook page, clicked links, gone directly to Facebook to do a search, and nothing works. That *)&*&$%#w%^ Facebook insists that I either sign in or open an account.
