Awe, thank you both. Is it me or was Edmunds jacket a tad ill fitting? It seems (to me) that the jacket in the arms or possibly in the chest has swallowed him up. Maybe it's just his posture in the pic

You may be right Wil,( and I have no inside knowledge of the attire in the pictures) but remember that the Scots are more than happy to be wearing a twenty year old jacket, or kilt, a handmedown even, would not be unusual either.They may have fit like a glove twenty years ago, but maybe with a wee bit of shrinkage or expansion then that's fine. I know that my fairly ancient tweed argyll does not fit quite like it used to!
I think many here forget this aspect when viewing attire, particularly when perhaps, most here have new(ish) kilt kit and therefore the attire ought to fit rather more perfectly, than some in Scotland May do.

Most of my kit is second hand, so I totally sympathize with the inherent difficulties that presents for an ideal fit. In typically Scots fashion—despite my Canadian-ness—I'm perfectly happy with making it work
