I didn't take it as anything other than a tongue-in-cheek comment of appreciation on the part of JohnAllen.

What is interesting is that I have learned from Colin's comments that there are also Mama and Baby bears about. This is the first I have heard about Bear's family and am glad for the information. Here I was picturing a curmudgeonly hermit addicted to sewing and Oprah. Now I am picturing a curmudgeonly family man addicted to sewing and Oprah!
