Wonderful work, I do believe you should commit to wearing that far more than once given how well it turned out. I'd venture to say wear it often. Another example of some of the talent hanging around this site.

Very nice job! All of what you stated in your first post rings true. It is a learning process and you take what you learn from every project and apply it to the next

It was reading such posts that formed my motivation and inspiration to give it a go. Figured it was only proper to share my experience also.
I had considered antler, youngkilt, but I've fashioned a wood toggle for now. Some other ideas brewing from various sporrans seen about this forum and internet shops.

It it wore well today. The toggle closure easier to use while wearing it than during the working tests. I made an all-leather belt from the same leather stock, using purchased clip closures and the buckle from an old belt from a friend.
