As a new member here I wanted to introduce myself as a native of Atlanta, Georgia with my heart in the Land of My Scottish Ancestors. My mother was a Keith whose family settled in the mountains of North Carolina from Scotland. Keith is my middle name, as well as the middle name of my first grandson to carry on the family name. My Dad's family is originally from "that other place" (England). I am very much into my Scottish heritage and have intrigued the Keith family to trace our family roots with me. I am excited about being a part of this site and in participating in whatever I can learn about the Scots and their traditions.
