Hello, Daniel.
Welcome to the site from central Indiana, USA. I was able to visit your beautiful city about 35 years ago. Only for a few days, but I loved it then and hope, some day, to return for a longer visit. Glad to see you here.

Welcome from an exiled Scot living in the West Midlands of England. I have visited Vienna (though not in a kilt!) - wonderful place.

Here is one picture, hope you see it bigger now - the raven you see on the bagpipe lived 3 weeks with us before he finally learnt to fly. it was quite lovely to have him around ;)
The royal stewart i m wearing was my first kilt and it was a handmade straight ahead - made from my mother ;)
@Laird M : Are you fly fishing?

Willkommen, Herr Daniel! (Or should I rather say: “Grüß Gott!”?)
My family comes from Württemberg, but in South Africa it has intermarried with various communities, so I am only a bit Deutsch.
I am also a bit Scottish, but my love of the kilt comes from wearing it when I was doing my military service.
I would love to play the pipes, but I think my wife would divorce me!
Welcome to X Marks from the bottom end of Africa.
Tschüß!
Mike
