A tartan for the King of Monsters

that is the number of movies Godzilla is in excluding the 1998 travesty.

The movie in question "Godzilla" (1998) does not show a Godzillasaurus at all (there are at least two in the Showa series alone as the original dies in Godzilla (1954)). The monster in that movie is properly named "Zilla", according to Toho (who have maintained the rights since day one).

But, might I recommend changing the gold over check to black and/or white, to honor the King of Monster's start?

That's an interesting idea about the black or white. I tried out the black, but it doesn't stand out enough to break up all of that dark. I tried out a very faint grey for the silver screen. Here's the result.

ScottishStuart, I'd try materials that depict the kilted Hero more in line with his or her illustrated persona. For example: metallic acrylic for an Iron Man tartan, spandex for Spiderman, Kevlar for Batman, etc. It would be fun for the audience and owner alike. The real task is a Dracula tartan that doesn't creep one out.

But Batman is already wearing a kilt according to Detective Comics #198.

I actually like the silver better than the gold. It feels more Godzilla. I'd wear it with a G-force blouse!
