My wife loves skirts, and would wear them all the time if she could. She prefers long and flowy. If she's not in a skirt, she's usually in long pants. Rarely wears shorts.

As far as when I'm kilted, that has yet to happen, but I don't think she'll change. She did however, order a "faux kilt" recently.

I think we'll look pretty good together once we both have our kilts.

women i know around and my girlfriend wear almost trousers. yesterday we had a party in our house and i made a lassie jump in akilt and she was amazed (as well as the 3 lads i make them try my kilts) that she could wear a skirt but sit and move as in a skirt.
now all of them want to have kilts, and one guy even lost an ebay bid for a nice wordted kilt today ;)
i don t understand why women wear skirts where they have to sit if they had a leg cramp.

even having the risk being heretic, i love the idea of women in kilts.

That's not being a heretic! I like to see women in kilts and kilted skirts... then again, I just like seeing women! There's not much logical reasoning behind my wife's decision to wear a skirt or pants. Mostly it's based on what she hasn't worn for a few days and what's clean.

The only time that it matters what she wears IS when I'm wearing the kilts. With that...

    1). Regular knee length kilt
    2). Midcalf kilt (cooler weather)
3). Ankle length skilt (skirt kilt)

We'll even wear the same tartans on occasion. It's almost ecpected anymore!

My wife wears long skirts and dresses. I don't think she owns any pants or jeans.

She won't wear a man's kilt. She feels it would send the wrong message in our largely immigrant community where people don't associate knee-length unbifurcated garments as being men's clothing.

    For Work:
    40% skirts
    10% dresses
    50% jean/pants

    For Play:
    50% skirts
    50% jeans

    Around the House:
98% Thai fisherman pants (I wear them too they're big enough for 2 people until you tie them.)(no I don't mean that I get in them with her, just that they are super baggy, and normal pant restrictions don't apply)

My wife wears pants nearly all of the time.

Now that's she's quit work and it going to school full time, she's wearing jeans quite a bit. She does wear the odd coveralls when bumming around. And, of course Yoga or track pants for working out.

my wife, that is singular, wears whatever she wants..my girlfiend, well i dont really have one,it would tend to make things too complicated..maybe i should join a cult that approves multiple wives/girlfriends and then i might be able to get a little control over their dress.i doubt it, i've already been told as to who wears the pants in our household..
