As most have already stated in their posts, find a teacher, one that will correct mistakes early, (unless you have an exceptional ear), you will make mistakes. Then practice, practice, practice.
    Good luck.

There is a surprising number of pipe bands in Denmark, although most of them seem to be located at a considerable distance from you. The closest one to you is probably the Aarhus Pipes and Drums. It would be worth your while to contact (http://www.aapd.dk/) them to see if you could get lessons, even if you could only get there once or twice a month.

I started in May and thought the same thing. The first thing I did was buy a terrible chanter that the pipe band I joined made me give a Viking funeral. If that is a picture of what you bought, I think you're going to have the same problem.

Next, I learned things all sorts of wrong. As an adult, it's hard to unlearn something once you learn it the wrong way.

I would search for local pipe bands as many are very helpful in teaching new pipers.

If that is not an option, check out www.pipersdojo.com. I have played with them a little and they seem OK. If anyone on here has feedback on Piper's Dojo, I'd love to hear it.

Jori Chisholm and Neil Clark are excellent pipers and teachers doing Skype lessons worldwide. Try it!
