Check out the Freedom Kilts Carry-all sporran as imrichmond recommends above. Here is a thread with loads of photos and options:

    Well, "Repetitio mater studiorum est."
The link to Carry-All sporran was first put in this thread in the 3dr post.

I can repeat that it was the solution to my "carry-all" problem. Has worked fine on a couple of kilted trips abroad too. The slot in the front work fine as a passport and tickets carry while the "normal" stuff stay in order in the other slots.
If people did not sometimes do silly things, nothing intelligent would ever get done.

Historically it was not uncommon to find a few small coin-purse style bags inside of a sporran, attached via the braided thongs that also served to hold the tassels. One in the center (front or back) and one on each side were quite common.

Nowadays it's rare to see compartmentalized sporrans unless you're buying one of FreedomKilts carry-alls or commissioning a custom piece.

I make quite a few with a dedicated smart phone pouch, or even stacked and staged pockets for an entire day's worth of stuff

Including a thong and quick clip for retrieving your keys from the bottom of your sporran.

    Just a thought:

Kydex is a simple to mold plastic, that anyone with an oven can use to make a custom insert for a sporran. Just need to get myself motivated on doing so (although those carry-all sporrans look awesome!)
