I guess I'm somewhat of a pragmatist. Kilts are wonderful garments and all but where matters of subzero or blizzard conditions are concerned, I'll just wear pants. and horror. If it gets really cold (-20c), I'll even wear lycra ski underwear underneath my pants. (I'm a big sissy and I hate winter!) :x
