I've grown up listening to the pipes, and I love the sound of the pipes with the brass blending so beautifully. Listening to you brought tears to my eyes. You have nailed it - perfect pitch.
Richard, you are truly gifted. God has blessed you and you are making the most of it.
Here it is Doug. Click on the link HOLIDAYBRASSL.A. below. When the page pops up, look to the photos on the right side of the page. Notice there are small "slide indicators" that there is an option to play a sound track. You should get a sample of music. I clicked the piper (that "OC " guy in the t-shirt) and got beautiful pipes and brass accompaniment.

Thanks, I had them blocked. Do not know why, but that music brings tears to my eyes. Lovely.

I can never remember my age, because it keeps changing every year.
Yes a McCallum B-flat (466) chanter, polypenco, with a Steve Megarity reed. What I love about that McCallum Bb chanter is that I can switch the same reed between that chanter and the band chanter, a high-pitch McCallum.
There are a couple clips of Highland Cathedral from last night, shot on people's cell phones and posted on FaceBook, on my FaceBook page
