for sure the western commonwealth countries as australia maybe. but in the US as well as in australia it depends on the regions i suppose. and i have not enough knowledge about these geografical differences within the US yet.
in the european western countries i would say that it is average, while in the eastern ex-communist european countries might be more difficult. manhood there is quite macho-oriented i would say.
don t know about wearing kilts in china, but in the regions still unbifurcated it might at least be understood that a kilt is as comfortable as their unbifurcated garments.
i mean poeple here don t even guess that i wear my kilts for comfort. they think i m just an eccentric.
