haggis...
i just saw the haggis. we have similar stuff in my country made from anything inside the animals. my mom likes the so called blood-saussage very much.
i can t even smell it. what about haggis taste?
i never know, but i think i would nt like to try them
Most European countries have a variant of Haggis. In Sweden, for example, it is called "Polsa". My wife's family, who are Louisiana Cajuns and Nova Scotia Acadians, are addicted to Boudain Blanc, or white sausage which is almost a carbon copy of Haggis, save that it has rice instead of oats.
Haggis taste is unique, but delicious!
Cheers,
T.
