Most of orders for Utilikilts come from Texas. They are almost the norm in Seattle.

Even though UKs are sold by the dozens at the Pride Parade and the Folsom Street Faire each year, I'm the only kilted guy I see when I'm in San Francisco.

I get interesting reactions from tourists -- most of them think they're seeing a transvestite. Kinda ironic because the real transvestites and transexuals in San Francisco look so much like women that the typical tourist wouldn't know.

Wear a kilt for jury duty? What can happen? You're not the one on trial. They pick you or they don't.

They wouldn't let her wear the phaser into the courtroom because no weapons are allowed.

I've never been called for jury duty ever. If I was I'd definatly show up kilted. They can just live with it.

Come to thinlk of it If I were the defendent or plaintif I might not wear a kilt. I don't want to have anything that a prejudiced judge would use to decide against me in the case.

But for jury duty, I still say wear the kilt and GET OUT THERE!
