I have to confess that generally I wear a sporran only when I need to! By that I mean, to formal events when all the accessories are expected, or when I am not wearing a jacket with capacious pockets.
To my way of thinking, I have no need to qualify my kilt by adorning it with a sporran (although there are times when I do! 
). With ten of them, I need to get my money's worth back and can only do so by wearing them ...........one at a time, of course
