Thanks. Yes I make the metal fittings, pretty easy if you can solder brass or copper. I make the handles, blade, scabbard but not the stones or the badges. Should do a breakdown and progress on the one I am just starting.....by doing that it might kick my butt into doing it in a reasonable time

Those look great! I need to fine someone with your similar talents that can basket, handle and pommel a backsword blade.

Drew a pattern of my basket, you can have a copy if you want, you could get someone to laser cut it then with a bit of filing and bending you will have a basket hilt
