Wal-Mart is in the UK, but not under that name. Walmart own ASDA, but ASDA supermarkets in the UK dont look anything like Wal-Marts in the US. If you can imagine one of the large B&Q stores, but with typical supermarket wares plus general goods on the shelves and the B&Q name on the outside peplaced by WAL-MART, you would have a reasonable idea of what a Wal-Mart store looks like.

Than you for that Rob. It seems I do not get out enough! I do actually "get out", but seldom travel very far from home.
Having said that, I am driving my neighbour up to 'Bluewater' tomorrow. That's the massive out of town shopping centre in Kent, near the Dartford Tunnel - 300 shops and 3 department stores under one huge roof, and parking for 13,000 cars. We go every year before Christmas for a day out - it's a great place for a kilt show-off like me!
