I shared this with my wife and she thanks you. She is allergic to most flowers but loved the photo.

Thank you, Father Bill! This is the most beautiful rose I will 'get' this year for Valentines Day.
My hubby tried ordering roses from the hospital and couldn't get any for me - they ran out! But he is just out of hospital now with antibiotics (pneumonia) - I'll take that ahead of flowers any day.
Happy Valentines Day, everyone!

So glad he's okay! The orange behind the rose is our fire on the hearth. I hope the two of you can light some fire soon!
Love to all!

It's not been a good week for Jock. First, I spilled a glass of malt over Mrs Jock and now I have discovered that I have forgotten Valentine's day------------------again!

As long as the DD gets no higher than my chin, I should be OK!

Aye, maybe Jock - but that really only gives you a 50/50 chance, depending on which way up you landed in it.....
I showed Fr Bill's flower to my grandsons yesterday - the older one one agreed that it was nice and the little one thought it was a 'p'ty fwor' so I have at least done my best to ensure their awareness of the day.
Thank you, Bill - very well done.
