Kilted Photo Scavenger Hunt

This weekend I'm taking pics while in training down south, still cold but at least I might pull off a couple frozen pics

Yesterday I set out to complete both of the photo challenges @NYClark had put out by then (i.e. at the Library and with a shopping cart). However, due to some technical difficulties, I fear I may not have succeeded in either.

Firstly, when I asked a librarian for a photo he was happy enough to pose with me, but not in the stacks or anywhere else there were other patrons visible. I have no idea why. So instead, here is a photo of me and Brendan the Librarian holding Diana Gabaldon's latest book (my fiancee picked it out).

Secondly., I tried to get a picture while at the local supermarket. However my timing was terrible and all the moms with kids descended on it as I was shopping. No chance of getting a clerk or stockboy to stop for a photo. So here's my kilted thigh and the meagre contents of my shopping buggy.

I'm glad I had this one taken. The plan was to go over to the Air and Space Museum as it's close to the office, but my employer had other ideas and I got slammed into a meeting lol.

So the next challenge is: Kilted on public transportation. A bus, train, streetcar or even an airplane but not a for-hire like a taxi or limousine.

Just a tad late with this one. Week before last I spent 13 hrs on a 3½ hour coach journey, just glad I was comfortably kilted. This was preceded and followed by a couple of airplane trips and another coach journey last week.
