I'm viewing from a less than 6 inch android tablet, and it all seems to display well. Pictures are just large enough to view OK since they don't appear to be zoomable.

We try not to be on the BLEEDING edge, though we do spend more than most kilt companies on our website. That being said, it didnt cost too much to add ability to have those banners display on category pages and since I took and edited all the photos, that was just my time.

The images scale and are responsive like the rest of our site, so they look much MORE impressive on a big screen, but are visible and work on mobile devices as well.

Oh, I like it better! I think it'd make it attractive for the customers to take a good look on the close-up details on the items. I admit I have to click on the picture thumbs, and zoomed in to take a close-up look before ordered them. With that updates of yours. It look better!

As a shopper that likes to study products before I purchase (without the constant interruption of sales people) this appeals to me. I can study from afar, yet up close.

I like the banner shot close-ups, especially for small items. It gives the shopper an idea of the detail and fine work. But, then again, I don't have any taste.
I changed my signature. The old one was too ridiculous.

Mookien, I know you at least have a taste for good whisky! Rocky, I like the close up shots for reasons previously stated, it is nice to be able to see some detail in the products.

I like it. Gives you an idea at a glance of where you are on the site, a close up of items, and keep the pages from just being "vanilla". Not that there's anything wrong with vanilla either!
