Why, the latest edition of The Highlander magazine, of course!

Just got my Highlander too.

I'm in the middle of The Killer Angels by Michael Shaara. It's a great re-telling of the story of the battle of Gettysburg, told from the viewpoints of several of the officers on both sides. It's actually required reading for my American History class.

Yes, I read The Killer Angels in the late '80s, and it's a great read! I read it before seeing the Gettysburg Battlefields in person. The movie was good, too, except for the fake-looking beards and hair-pieces.

To mark the reburial in Leicester Cathedral of the last Plantagenet king, I am reading "Richard III" by Charles Cross, 1981, University of California press. I hope it has a good ending.

There's an interesting article in the Telegraph, about how those bones may not be Richard III's. The mitochondrial DNA is from the Plantagenet line, but the Y DNA is not. Also the DNA points to a blonde haired, blue eyed person and he had black hair and brown eyes.

Interesting, but not surprising. Almost all historical "discoveries" birth naysayers. Next thing you know, they'll be telling us that Grant isn't buried in Grant's tomb.
