Okay you MacKenzies. Angus tossed me a link to this site, and you can see the same badge top and center.

There's also a load of good stuff to download!

    Thanks for the link Jimmy.

Hamish, we are in the 3rd week of the first season of Monarch (again). This makes the 5 or 6th time I've been through it but I still enjoy it. There's nothing like settling in friday evenings at 9:00pm after a long hard day with a single malt on one side and my wife on the other and watching Monarch...does it get any better?

If you're talking about life getting any better, Richard, then I imagine not. If, on the other hand, you're asking if "Monarch" gets any better, well I think it does, although as the series progress there are fewer kilted gatherings and events at Glenbogle!!

Since we don't get repeats here, I think I might have to write to Santa to see if he can drop off some DVDs of the early series as he flies over in eight weeks time

Hamish, I doubt if they will get 3&4 out in the US by Christmas but I'm hoping late spring, intime for my wife's birthday. That way we BOTH win!

Thanks for the link and the badge info Jimmy. If there are any other MacKenzies out there, they may also like these two sites. They were recommended to me by Alan McKenzie,Lieutenant to Cabarfeidh, of the Clan MacKenzie Society of North America - Canadian Chapter.

In Sunday's episode (that's 31st October), we have a Ghillie from a neighbouring estate in the story. He is casually kilted (sans sporran and booted with rolled down hose) but turns out to be a rogue so we probably won't be seeing him again!

There is also a smart cocktail party, thrown by a new neighbour - the Englishman from "Buffy, the Vampire Slayer" - at which most of the guests are kilted and wearing Prince Charlies.

Just to let you know that the kilt, in "Monarch" is still alive and kicking!

Oh, and Molly appears to have gone off to New Zealand to visit Archie and Lexie. Will she return though?!!

Yes Hamish, I thought he was going to be Duncan's long-term replacement since their appeared to be a romantic lead there also. However, as you said, he turned out to be a rogue and ended up with the polis!

    Series 3

Well, the BBC Canada site has Monarch of the Glen series 3 listed as being released on DVD this spring. I assume it is the same for BBC America
