I was at a very good tasting yesterday at the Brunswick Inn & Tavern in Brunswick, Maine. Each whiskey was nicely paired with great creation from their chef and each whisky producing region was represented. Here is the menu:

All I can say is that it's a good thing they don't host this every week. I'd never get anything done!
