An interesting choice partly because of the very talented Breton lassie playing it - the Highland bagpipe has recently made its way to Brittany - but also because nobody seems to know where "Melbank" might be and the piobaireachd is more correctly called “MacKenzie of Millbank’s Salute” composed in 1821 by John MacKay from Raasay.

(The island of Raasay lies just across from Gairloch where Mackenzie of Millbank was tutor to Sir Hector Mackenzie the young fourth Baronet of Gairloch.)
