    With two new distilleries in your area, are there enough local folks available and with the skills to staff both sites?
    There are plenty staff available, but whether there are enough with the relevant skills would be interesting as there seems to be a craze at the moment for new distilleries springing up all over Scotland. Only a few days ago I was reading about another proposed distillery start up in Edinburgh.
