Hey, Rabble… I haven’t been wearing my kilts much lately, and I’ve only popped in to the forum to try to catch up occasionally. However, I did wear my USAK Casual yesterday. My band was performing at the finish line for a local triathlon held annually on Labor Day. It was very hot and humid in North Texas and the kilt made it relatively nice… though my boots and hose probably didn’t.
After the race one of the athletes, who was also an event vendor, offered us some free chiropractic treatment. He and some of his other staff were there to work on athletes who needed a little loosening up after they finished. I took advantage of it! It’s the first time I’d been treated in a kilt, and it was definitely the first time he’d worked on a kilted client. Anyone else had that experience?
