    In my opinion, a Lovat Blue would compliment a Gordon Modern nicely. I would not know anything about a dress tartan since I usually only see these worn by dancers.

    My vote goes toward tweeds in the tan, brown and natural grey range.

    Well, I already have a black Argyll with silver buttons, but the wedding is an outdoor morning wedding (so it's fairly casual). Also, nice to see another kilt enthusiast in Madison!

    Haha, she says that I'm allowed to wear whatever I want as long as I don't look better than her. That might be difficult if I'm wearing a kilt...
