    Just Because I Could

I'd been threatening to make a skull kilt. I thought I was rather restrained only putting the skull print on the aprons. Black Drill with casual knife pleats on the rest.... I was a bit naughty and eyeballed the pleats & taper after marking the fell length.
La..... They are cute, hard wearing, they will get wrecked by the end of the season, so it's all good and fun, the other volunteers & clients loved them.

There would be a market in the biker (motorcycle) community here in the Southern US for a skull kilt. I think the option, of the apron having the skulls and the pleats solid, was also a good idea. Now that I see the final product, I like your decision.

Possibly sailors/pirates as well. I work with a few ex navy guys who would love this.
