Where to Get Robert Mackie Balmoral in UK

I see that the go-to for Robert Mackie balmorals used to be Dunadd Trading Company, which apparently is no more. I see a few retailers in the US, but limited options within the UK; the ones I've seen are offering limited selection.

I've looked at the Mackie web site, but it appears to be wholesale oriented. Does anyone know if either Mackie will accept individual orders, or if there is an alternate retailer for sales within the UK?

They accept direct orders. The best thing to do either to order from them, or find local retailers who stock their merchandise is to contact them directly:

Chisholms Kilt Makers, Castle St., Inverness. will no doubt oblige you.However, I would recommend that personally trying on a new balmoral before purchasing though, rather than buying from afar.

Thanks, that is in fact the one retailer I found with any sort of selection, and that selection is not great - three colors, not much in the way of options (dicing/bows/etc).

I completely agree. Perhaps I should try to take a trip down to Stewarton.
