How could it have fit better? You look so good in it. Now I'm jealous!!
I'm not sure how it could fit better. I've got room to "grow" and to slim. I can't see the swish but it feels fantastic. Tomorrow evening I'll ask my lady friend to take some more pictures so I can see how it looks from the rear.

No, I don't. The garters I have are multi-use. They are a simple one inch band of heavy black elastic, 14" long, with velcro closures. The flashes are inter-changeable.
I thought all commercial garters came like that?

The flashes I've purchased - two matching tatans from USAKilts and a red set from Things Celtic here in Austin all came on their own adjustable elastic garters with metal closures. I thought they all came that way. I'll make some out elastic & Velcro.

The flashes you sent have a larger opening than the three sets of flashes I'd purchased and so are a lot easier to put on or remove from the garters.
