Time after time
Time after time I go back to USA Kilts for value and service. I got a small holiday bonus in my last paycheck. I put most of it in savings, but kept some aside for stuff I have been wanting from USA Kilts.
It all arrived today. A kilt bag, sgian brew, sporran strap and flashes. All arrived just in time for me to kilt up for a wedding this weekend.
Thanks Rocky!
Afterthought: The other thing that gets me is the handwritten note at the bottom of the packing slip. USA Kilts is a class act all the way.

Thanks for the kind words. We just treat our customers like we want to be treated.
I will say the the hand written note is something we've implimented about 6 months ago and it's been lacking a bit of consistency in implimentation on recent orders with the xmas craziness, but it is something we try to do on each packing slip or kilt care sheet.
I am happy that someone noticed and it does what we intended to do. Give the "warm feeling" that there are human beings who care packing your order.

I have always thought your services and employees I've dealt with are top rate!
I'm sure all your employees are as good as they are because you are in charge and your love of your craft carries through to your workers. As they say, attitudes are contagious!
I look forward to a handwritten note in the near future...

I will keep the Chicago rabble praise going. A great company to deal with! I just received my new TS8 kilt a few days ago, and I will post pictures as soon as I get a chance. All I can say about it is WOW! In fact, I just ordered a new sporran just because the new kilt needed a nicer sporran.

I was just IN Chicago last month to measure up a pipe band for jackets. I never thought to try to put together a kilt night! Doh!

Man, I'd have had you over for dinner and to measure me for my 5 yard, matching bias vest and argyle hose that I've been saving for.
Dang. Well, back to plan A which is a trip to visit USA Kilts m'self.

Either of those sound much preferable to the 3 hour delay + 2:15 minute spent on the tarmac that I experienced on Nov 21 (that snowstorm with 8" of snow you had).
Perhaps we can arrange a "pilgrimage" to the shop for all of our out of state friends who wish to come. We can have a few drinks at the shop and a night out at the pub.
