Thanks for the explanation, Peter. The sporran still looks fine! If you happen to get any photos of yourself at your son's wedding wearing the 1750's family heirloom sporran, I'd enjoy seeing them. I'm confident that your turnout will be outstanding for that event!

Oh yes, there will be pictures. Not least because he'll be in the only other Glenaladale kilt from the material I wove.
