January- Last Tuesday Kilted Night Out - Portland Oregon !!!!
Here it is January 2016, and time for the first " Last Tuesday Kilted Night Out" here in the metro area!!!!!
This Tuesday the 26th, at 7:30p till around 9-9:30p, we will be gathering at the Horse Brass Inn at 4534 SE Belmont, Portland Oregon!
Being this is our first meeting on the year, it's time for ALL Kilted to come out of the woodwork and join us. Make this in addition to any Burns Supper gatherings, as we'd like to see a GREAT turn out this first gathering of the year! Good food, good company, and also good drink if you partake in a dram or two, can be had at the Last Tuesday Kilted Night Out!!!
Join us there !!!!! What say you ?!?!?

Thanks to you my free time this weekend is now gone, so I can have this new kilt ready to wear out on Tuesday. Don't think for a minute that I don't plan to get even! Just wait till I start sending you photos of thread and velcro, and maybe a few of unboxing your fabric. It's gonna be a long couple of weeks, brother.

To all that did not make it this Tuesday, you missed a good visit and a good meal, with friends. The six of us had a good time and we look forward to seeing you all that didn't make it this time, to February's Last Tuesday Kilted Night Out.....

It would be great to see a larger turnout. It would also be nice if we could find a place with the same type of atmosphere but not quite so noisy or crowded. Guess I am just letting my age show!
Studies have shown that women who gain a few pounds live longer than men who mention it.

I attended a few a couple of years ago but life has seemed to always gotten in the way. Now that I'm back to X marks the Scot and wearing my kilts a lot more, I shall find time for meet ups I hope.

Oh, getting more people is totally possible. It'd also probably mean a venue that's less quiet and cozy than the Horse Brass. heh.
